Responsible to: Beverage Director/Assistant General Manager, supporting Bartenders and Barbacks

The Role

In the role of FOH Bar Support, you will be responsible for juicing lime/lemon/tomato and seasonal fruit juices. This will include bespoke syrups for the cocktail menu and batching. twice weekly FOH cleaning tasks on rotation, checking items for freshness, maintaining order/cleanliness in refrigerators and dry storage, and helping with the organization of all beverage inventory according to Bar Supervisor and Purchaser’s specifications. Other duties will include assisting Bartender and Barback by icing wells and setting out garnishes for service. This position is 9am-5pm Days are negotiable).

The Responsibilities:

• Store all items in designated areas and responsible for keeping the rooms clean.
• Maintains organization of bar prep tools (knives/cutting boards etc.)
• Maintains organization of bar storage areas
• Maintains cleanliness/organization of bar storage fridge, bar prep fridge, and bar shelf in freezer
• Batch all beverage items according to the requisition sheet and par sheet
• Prep fresh/dehydrated garnishes daily and specialty ice according to par and requisition sheets
• Juice fresh juices every other day (or as needed) according to par sheet
• Notify Bar Supervisor if items are low or missing
• Various twice-weekly cleaning/bar organization tasks assigned by the Bar Supervisor.
• Daily Walk through of all storage items to ensure they are cleaned and organized.

- Very punctual and willing to take the initiative on tasks and organizational needs.

Compensation: Hourly ($21.00 - $23.00)
