As a Staff Services Analyst you will have the opportunity to:

  • Perform project management duties for the Sacramento Regional Administrative Services Branch by providing coordination, implementation, and development of business processes and project schedules related to records management, performance tracking, and procedural upgrades
  • Plan, evaluate, and estimate staff and other resource requirements for projects 
  • Coordinate deliverables, timelines, accomplishments, and performance metric tracking
  • Prepare concise and comprehensive reports and recommendations, including procedural analyses using word processing, spreadsheets, and database software
  • Research industry standards and coordinate with appropriate DTSC staff to identify and document work-flow processes for regional administrative services’ projects such as File Room Cleanup efforts and the creation and maintenance of desk manuals
  • Review departmental goals and recommend plans for improving administrative services operations to management
